Section 53
Duplicate facility not to be provided
(1) In accordance with this Act or prevailing laws, the Government of Nepal or the State Government shall not provide any service, facility or concession to any industry in such a way that it is duplicated.
(2) The information of services, facilities or concessions provided to any industry by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act shall be given to the relevant ministry or agency of the province where such industry is located and information of the services, facilities or concessions provided by the provincial government to any industry in accordance with the laws of the province shall be given to the department.
